For real estate teams
You were in a showing. The listing inquiry went to voicemail.
We install one job: after-hours still-available texts, portal leads that wait until Monday, or the review ask after keys. Your listing status and showing rules. This is not a directory of real-estate AI tools.
The problem
You are in a showing. A buyer asks if the listing is still available and hits voicemail. A portal lead at 9pm sits until Monday. Last month's closing never got a Google ask because you were already on the next tour.
How we work
Step 1
Name the leak
Still-available calls during showings, portal leads that wait overnight, or post-close reviews that never get asked.
Step 2
Publish status rules
Active vs pending language, showing windows, buyer vs seller first questions, what you will never promise on a text. Unknowns go to you.
Step 3
Install one job
Shared chat with you or the ISA. Friday: listing inquiries touched, portal leads answered, reviews asked after keys.
Calls we handle
- Listing call. In a showing. Text uses the listing status you approved and offers the next showing window on your calendar. No invented occupancy.
- Portal lead. 9pm inquiry. First reply qualifies buy vs sell, zip, and timeline. Weekend showings stay inside the rules you published.
- After close. Keys delivered last month. Review ask goes out then. Not a drip the day they went under contract.
Questions
- Is this a real-estate AI tools directory?
- No. We used to list research tools on an industry page. This page is a done-for-you install: one job, shared chat, Friday report. Browse tools separately if you want DIY.
- Do I have to become the AI person?
- No. You watch us in a shared chat, then take over in plain language. We handle uptime.
- Will it say a home is available if it pending?
- Only the status you publish. If the feed is stale, the text says to confirm with you. We do not scrape portals for truth.
- Can it write offers?
- No. First reply and scheduling only unless you later scope a different job. Contracts stay with you.
