2. Directory & Content
We provide a curated directory, playbooks, articles, and tool picks (including /for-agents and /api/agent-routing). Recommendations are editorial opinions, not warranties. Pricing and features may change; confirm on vendor sites before purchase.
3. Professional Services
Paid services (websites, web apps, SEO, managed AI employees) are separate from the free directory. No guaranteed outcomes (ROI, rankings, hours saved). AI agents may err; you approve sensitive actions. Not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Fees, setup, and pass-through model/API/host costs are agreed in writing per project.
4. Partner Program
Partners listed at /partners are independent businesses, not employees or franchisees. You contract with your end clients; we provide backend delivery unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Site pricing is illustrative. Non-exclusive. White-label only when agreed in writing.
5. Third-Party Links
Outbound tool links leave our site. We are not responsible for third-party content, pricing, or privacy practices.
6. API & Agent Routing
Public JSON and routing pages are provided as-is and may change. No abusive scraping or misrepresentation that picks are official vendor endorsements. See Affiliate for commissions.

Service is "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the Service, tools, or professional services.
