Text a buyer asking if the listing is still available using only approved status language.
When to use it
You were in a showing and a buyer texted about availability you cannot invent.
Fill these in first
- Buyer message and listing address or MLS id
- Approved status language (active, pending, contingent)
- Showing windows on your calendar
- What you never promise on text (occupancy, offers)
- Stale feed rule if MLS may lag
