For med spas
The consult never turned into a series. Nobody followed up.
We install one job: after-hours Instagram questions, the consult that never booked the package, or the review ask after a completed series. Your treatment menu and injector calendar. Shared chat coaching.
The problem
The injector is with a client. An Instagram DM asks about lip filler this week. The consult from Thursday never booked the series because the coordinator was already checking out someone else. Happy clients leave without a Google ask.
How we work
Step 1
Name the leak
After-hours DMs, consults that never convert to a series, or review asks that only happen if someone remembers.
Step 2
Publish the menu rules
What you offer, who can book what, financing lines you allow, what never gets a price in a DM. Unknowns go to a coordinator.
Step 3
Install one job
Shared chat with the owner or coordinator. Friday: inquiries touched, consults followed, reviews asked.
Calls we handle
- Instagram. Do you do lip filler this week? Reply uses hours and injector availability you published. No invented openings. No pressure script.
- Consult follow-up. They sat for a consult and left. Text names the treatment they asked about and offers two real coordinator times.
- After the series. Last appointment in a package is done. Review ask goes out then, not the day they walked in for a consult.
Questions
- Will it quote filler in a DM?
- Only if you put a range on the approved list. Most rooms we install for send them to a consult. The employee follows that.
- Do I have to become the AI person?
- No. The coordinator watches us in a shared chat, then takes over in plain language. We handle uptime.
- Can it book the injector directly?
- It offers windows you publish. It does not double-book or override a hold you did not approve.
- Is this for a single-location spa?
- Yes. Multi-location can work if the rules are the same. Different menus per location need a named owner per site.
